1. 概要

LingoNews（「当社」「本アプリ」）は英語学習アプリです。本ポリシーでは、収集するデータ、 その利用方法、アプリの運営を支える第三者サービス、およびお客様の権利について説明します。

2. 収集するデータ

• アカウント情報：メール/パスワード、Appleでサインイン、またはGoogleでアカウントを作成・サインインする際、メールアドレス、表示名、ユーザー識別子、認証プロバイダ情報を取得する場合があります。
• 学習データ：クイズのスコア、保存した単語、選択した先生、言語設定、学習の進捗を、フィードバックの提供と進捗の記録のために保存する場合があります。
• 会話練習データ：会話練習中に、音声、音声の文字起こし、会話履歴、選択した記事やトピックの文脈、AIフィードバックの結果を処理する場合があります。
• 音声録音：音声録音は音声認識と会話練習に使用されます。文字起こしの生成のために処理され、LingoNewsが永続的に保存することを意図していません。
• サブスクリプションデータ：サブスクリプションの状態、購入識別子、エンタイトルメント情報を、Apple、Google Play、RevenueCatを通じて処理する場合があります。クレジットカード番号は保存しません。

3. データの利用目的

• アプリの提供、運営、改善のため
• アカウントの認証とセッションの維持のため
• 記事の読解、単語クイズ、会話練習の提供のため
• 音声の文字起こし、AI会話応答、学習フィードバックの生成のため
• 単語、スコア、設定、進捗の保存のため
• サブスクリプションとプレミアムアクセスの管理のため
• アカウント削除とプライバシー要求への対応のため

4. 第三者AIサービスとデータの共有

会話練習では、音声、音声の文字起こし、会話履歴、選択した記事やトピックの文脈、関連する学習フィードバックデータを第三者のAIおよび音声サービスに送信する場合があります。

これらのサービスにはDeepgram、OpenAI、Google Geminiが含まれる場合があります。音声認識、テキスト読み上げ、AI会話応答、学習フィードバックの生成に使用されます。

当社はこのデータを広告やトラッキングには使用しません。個人的な会話練習データを第三者AIサービスに送信する前に、アプリはお客様の許可を求めます。

5. その他の第三者サービス

アプリの運営のために以下のサービスを使用します：

• Supabase — 認証、データベース、ストレージ、バックエンド機能
• Apple — Appleでサインイン、Appleのアプリ内課金
• Google — Googleサインイン、Google Play課金、Google Gemini AIサービス
• Deepgram — 音声認識とテキスト読み上げ処理
• OpenAI — 会話フィードバックと言語分析
• RevenueCat — サブスクリプションのエンタイトルメント管理

6. データの保持

アカウントデータは、アカウントが有効である限り、またはアプリの提供に必要な限り保持されます。一時的な音声や処理データは、要求された機能を完了するために必要な限りのみ保持される場合があります。

7. アカウントの削除

アプリ内の 設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除 からアカウントを削除できます。アカウントを削除すると、法的・セキュリティ・運用上の保持要件に従い、LingoNewsアカウントと関連するアプリデータが当社のシステムから削除されます。

LingoNewsアカウントを削除しても、有効なAppleまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプションは自動的にはキャンセルされません。サブスクリプションはAppleアカウントまたはGoogle Playアカウントから管理・キャンセルできます。

8. 子どものプライバシー

LingoNewsは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから個人データを意図的に収集することはありません。

9. お客様の権利

アプリ内のアカウント削除オプションを使用するか、下記のメールにご連絡いただくことで、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除を請求できます。

1. Overview

LingoNews ("we", "our", "the app") is an English learning application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, which third-party services help operate the app, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information: When you create an account or sign in with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google, we may receive your email address, display name, user identifier, and authentication provider information.
• Learning data: Quiz scores, saved vocabulary, selected teacher, language settings, and learning progress may be stored to provide feedback and track your progress.
• Conversation practice data: During conversation practice, we may process your voice audio, speech transcript, conversation history, selected article or topic context, and AI feedback results.
• Voice recordings: Voice recordings are used for speech recognition and conversation practice. They are processed to generate transcripts and are not intended to be permanently stored by LingoNews.
• Subscription data: Subscription status, purchase identifiers, and entitlement information may be processed through Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the app
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To provide article reading, vocabulary quizzes, and conversation practice
• To generate speech transcripts, AI conversation responses, and learning feedback
• To save vocabulary, scores, settings, and progress
• To manage subscriptions and premium access
• To support account deletion and privacy requests

4. Third-Party AI Services and Data Sharing

Conversation practice may send your voice audio, speech transcript, conversation history, selected article or topic context, and related learning feedback data to third-party AI and speech services.

These services may include Deepgram, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. They are used for speech recognition, text-to-speech, AI conversation responses, and learning feedback generation.

We do not use this data for advertising or tracking. The app asks for your permission before sending personal conversation practice data to third-party AI services.

5. Other Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the app:

• Supabase — authentication, database, storage, and backend functions
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and Apple in-app purchases
• Google — Google sign-in, Google Play billing, and Google Gemini AI services
• Deepgram — speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing
• OpenAI — conversation feedback and language analysis
• RevenueCat — subscription entitlement management

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. Some temporary audio or processing data may be retained only as needed to complete the requested feature.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your LingoNews account and associated app data from our systems, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.

Deleting your LingoNews account does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google Play subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or Google Play account.

8. Children's Privacy

LingoNews is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by using the in-app account deletion option or by contacting us at the email below.
